Assembly workshop covers an area of 5,000 m2The maximum lifting height of 10m,220 tons,210 tons and 25 tons.It can be equipped with a variety of large double suction pump,mutistage pump,horizontal end suction pump,long shaft iquid pump and other centrifugal pumps and large axial flow pump and mixed flow pump.Dynamic and static balance tests can be done.The maximum test weight of the dynamic balance machine is 3000kg,the rotary diameteris 2800mm,and the accuracy can reach G1.0 level.Al kindsof water pressure and air tightness tests can be done,and the highest hydrostatic test pressure can reach 35MPa.

The pump test bench is buit according to GB/T3216-2005,ISO9906-1999 standard,with an accuracy of grade 1.0.The test bed is a computer-aided test system(CATS).It covers an area of 1,100m2,The effective volume of the pool is 6,000m3.Can be used for allkinds of centrifugal pump,axial flow pump and mixed flow pumptest,divided into open and closed two systems,can conduct performance test and cavitation test,the system can automaticallycollect flow,pressure,power,speed,temperature,torque,etc.,can processthe original data,also can conduct performance conversion and performance grade determination,and can print out the test report.There are 5 test tables,and the maximum test flow rate is 40,000 m3/ h,power up to 2500KW.
