Pipe Pump
XH Pump's Pipe Pump series is engineered for seamless integration into pipeline systems, where it functions as an in-line pumping unit. This versatile product features a separable design between the motor and the pump section, with the pump itself constructed as a pull-out module for straightforward maintenance. Each unit is equipped with a fully enclosed, air-cooled standard motor that complies with the JB/T8680 specification and is paired with reliable mechanical seals. When installed, the Pipe Pump essentially becomes a segment of the pipeline itself, allowing for system isolation and pump servicing without disrupting overall operations by using blind flanges to seal the pump cavity.
The series adheres to international standards, with connection flange dimensions conforming to PN16 specifications per GB/T17241.6, ASME, or ISO7005-2/DIN2501, ensuring broad compatibility. It is specifically designed for pumping clean, thin, non-abrasive liquids free of solid particles or fibers. Applications requiring handling of viscous or dense media should be approached with caution, as such conditions may lead to reduced pump performance and higher energy consumption. The pump operates within a liquid temperature range of -15°C to 135°C, with a maximum working pressure of PN12 Bar for standard models and PN16 Bar for special configurations. This design makes it ideal for space-constrained installations requiring reliable, low-maintenance fluid transfer.
