The XHQJH submersible seawater deep-well pump features a modular design where the submersible motor and pump unit are independent components. During operation, they are directly coupled via a shaft connection and submerged together in water. Key characteristics include: silent operation, zero water contamination, no need for pump house structures, simple and compact design, small footprint, lightweight, easy installation/maintenance, high operational efficiency, and secure reliability.The submersible motor is a water-filled wet-type three-phase asynchronous motor. Its internal cavity is filled with clean water for cooling and bearing lubrication. An adjustment sleeve at the motor base compensates for pressure differentials caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the internal water due to temperature changes. To prevent sand ingress from well water, the upper shaft extension is equipped with a skeleton oil seal and a sand-slinging ring, forming a dual sand-proof mechanism.

For anti-uplift protection during startup, the pump and motor shafts are rigidly coupled via a shaft connector, with a thrust bearing installed at the motor's lower section. Both motor and pump bearings utilize water lubrication. The stator winding employs high-quality water-resistant wire, with temperature grade customized per ambient water conditions.The deep-well submersible pump is a single-suction, multistage, vertical centrifugal design. Each stage incorporates a spatial diffuser housing a water-lubricated bearing. Impellers are individually fixed to the pump shaft, while spatial diffusers are bolted into an integrated assembly. The hydraulically optimized impeller and volute design enables high head per stage, minimal axial thrust, and stable operational reliability
