This series of pumps are single or double casing, segmented, horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps, supported on the horizontal center line. The impellers are arranged in a back-to-back symmetrical structure. Due to the elimination of the traditional balancing device in multistage centrifugal pumps, they are safer and more reliable when transporting media containing particles. According to user requirements, the first-stage impeller can be designed as either single suction or double suction. DZP is of single casing structure, and the external pressure-bearing parts are manufactured by casting.
DZPG is of double casing structure, with the external pressure-bearing casing made by forging process, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The inner core adopts an integral pull-out design, allowing for pump inspection and maintenance without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines
Product application
It can be used to convey clean or medium containing particles such as boiler feed water and ash water. Typical applications include dephosphorization and de-coking in steel mills, high-pressure ash water transportation in coal chemical industry, water injection in oil fields, and drainage in mines.
