Product Details
Product features
This series of pumps features two designs. The first is a double-case, horizontally split, horizontal multistage centrifugal pump specifically engineered for extreme operating conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. The second design employs a volute-type casing structure with centerline support. The impellers are arranged symmetrically to achieve automatic axial force balance, eliminating complex balancing devices such as balance discs or drums. The inlet and outlet are positioned at the bottom of the casing, allowing for disassembly and installation without the need to move the inlet and outlet pipelines.
The first design utilizes horizontal centerline support, with an axially split core and back-to-back symmetrical impeller arrangement. This design eliminates traditional balancing devices used in multistage centrifugal pumps, ensuring enhanced safety and reliability when handling fluids containing solid particles. The inlet and outlet are oriented at the top but can be customized to other directions based on client requirements. The first-stage impeller can be designed as either single-suction or double-suction.
Product features
The first design features a single-case structure, with pressure-containing components manufactured using casting methods.
The second design adopts a double-case structure, where the external pressure-containing casing is forged for operational safety and reliability. The core is designed as a fully pull-out type, enabling inspection and maintenance without disconnecting the inlet and outlet pipelines.
The sealing system is designed in full compliance with API 682 Second Edition, "Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps—Shaft Sealing Systems," and can be configured with various types of seals, flush, and cooling schemes. Customized designs are also available based on user requirements. Depending on shaft power and rotational speed, the bearings may utilize self-lubricating sliding bearings or forced lubrication bearing systems. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end. Counterclockwise rotation can be provided upon special request
Product application
It is primarily used in petroleum extraction, petrochemicals, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, pipeline transportation, seawater desalination, power plants, and can also serve as ash water pumps and lean methanol transfer pumps in coal chemical processes. Additionally, it is suitable for high-pressure hydraulic energy recovery turbines in the chemical industry, as well as lean and rich liquid pumps in fertilizer and ammonia synthesis plants. Typical applications include boiler feedwater in power plants, decoking and descaling in steel mills, oilfield water injection, and other high-pressure scenarios.
