The XHGP series reciprocating high-pressure plunger pumps offer an economical, reliable, and highly efficient solution for handling non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive media under high pressure.Designed with a modular concept, the series comprises multiple frame sizes, each available in both triplex and quintuplex configurations. Each frame can be paired with a variety of modular-designed liquid ends, providing maximum flexibility to meet diverse customer requirements.
The series delivers a maximum pressure of up to 100 MPa and a maximum flow rate of up to 195 m³/h.
Product application
The XHGP series reciprocating high-pressure plunger pumps are primarily used in the following fields:
●Oilfield Applications:
Widely employed for high-pressure water injection, polymer injection in tertiary oil recovery, and CO₂ injection.
●Mining Industry:
Equipped with a water-flush structure for transporting low-concentration slurries. In coal mining, these pumps supply high-pressure emulsion to hydraulic supports in fully mechanized mining faces or to single hydraulic props in conventional mining faces.
●Chemical Industry:
Used as methylamine pumps and liquid ammonia pumps in urea production units, high-pressure oil pumps in refinery units, high-pressure feed pumps in BDO (1,4-butanediol) units, CO₂ pumps in supercritical extraction systems, and high-pressure water descaling systems in steel manufacturing.
